Volunteer Opportunities

Office assistance is needed for tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry. This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity. Volunteer orientation and training are required to become a long term volunteer with Changing Homelessness.

Changing Homelessness conducts several census counts in order to collect accurate data on those experiencing homelessness. Volunteer training will be required for those participating in the counts.

Volunteer Orientations

Our volunteer orientation will give you a bit of history on our organization, information on what we do, and will prepare you to help us end homelessness in Northeast Florida through volunteering.

Each session will take place at our administrative office located at 1107 Myra Street, Suite 250, Jacksonville, 32204.

To schedule a volunteer orientation please contact our Chief Community Engagement Officer, Monique Elton at melton@changinghomelessness.org.

Please download our volunteer application and either bring it with you to orientation or send it to info@changinghomelessness.org.
